Prepayment.
Your reservation is confirmed after payment of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation of reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled at least one month before the normal start of the stay, no cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of shorter notice, a compensation will be charged in the amount of the advance payment, unless there is a valid reason (reasons of force majeure).
In case of cancellation without reason, the paid deposit will be deducted from the rent as compensation.
Refundable deposit.A deposit of 200 € is required. The deposit must be transferred via bank transfer to the account of Marjori-Eastende.
You will receive a payment request with the account number where the deposit must be paid at the latest 14 days before the start of your booking.
After checking for damage to the accommodation, your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer on the day of your departure.
Water and electricity will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
Children are welcome.
Children of all ages are welcome.

Our accommodation has no capacity for cots or extra beds.
Others.
The minimum age for reservation is 18 years.
Smoking is not allowed in the building.
Parties/meetings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
